The National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) is an organization for plaintiff’s employment lawyers. It provides seminars and materials as well as supporting briefs in important cases. NELA is also actively working on legislation in the United States Congress and monitors Federal Court Judgeship appointments. Failure of an attorney to be a member of NELA may be an indication that this attorney does not regularly practice plaintiff’s employment law.
