Daniel Gajda

Daniel Gajda’s legal practice includes wage and hour claims, non-competition (non-compete) litigation, other breach of contract litigation, and claims for wrongful termination under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Uniform Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA). His practice has included claims against some of the biggest companies in the world.

Daniel has a breadth of litigation experience in both State and Federal Court in both Cook and DuPage Counties as well as other jurisdictions. His experience includes arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulation Authority (FINRA) and other private arbitrations from Illinois to California. He has extensive experience interviewing company personnel and resolved hundreds of cases before they ever went to court

In addition to his law degree, Daniel holds an MBA . He is licensed to practice in Illinois and Federal Court in the Northern District of Illinois.
